A community centre for inner peace, breath, and transformation — nestled in the heart of Bhartiya City, Thanisandra, North Bengaluru. Your neighbourhood gateway to Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's teachings.
The Art of Living Bhartiya City Centre is a neighbourhood community hub bringing the transformative wisdom of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to residents of North Bengaluru — offering regular weekly Satsangs, Sudarshan Kriya follow-ups, Happiness Programs, and meditation workshops.
Founded in 1981 by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the Art of Living Foundation is a global volunteer-driven humanitarian and educational organisation present in 182 countries, touching over a billion lives through techniques like Sudarshan Kriya.
Bhartiya City is one of Bengaluru's largest integrated townships on Thanisandra Main Road — home to thousands of professionals and families. Our centre makes the Art of Living's proven techniques accessible right here in the community, without needing to travel to the Kanakapura Road ashram.
From working professionals seeking stress relief to families exploring mindfulness together, our doors are open to all.
